Cancellations

You can request the cancellation of a drawing and you will get your money back only if the artist has not started with the drawing yet. If the artist has already started working on your order or if the drawing is already done, we cannot cancel your order.

Changes

-Changing to a different photo.

You can change the photo you want for the drawing only if the artist has not started with the drawing yet.  If the artist has already started working on your order or if the drawing is already done, you cannot ask for a different photo.

Take your time selecting the photo you want for the drawing, once the drawing is done, you can’t ask for a new drawing from a different photo for the same price. You would have to make a new order for a new drawing.

-Changes in the same drawing

You can ask for any modifications up to 2 times in the same drawing after you have received the drawing in your email.

Backgrounds. If you want a background similar to the original photo but you have selected a solid color when you placed your order, you would have to pay an additional fee for the background similar to the original photo.

Adding facial features. If you have paid for a drawing with no facial features but you want to upgrade it and add facial features. You will have to pay for an additional fee.

You have one month to request any changes, after that the original files will be removed and the only copies available will be the ones sent to your email. 

Returns

Unfortunately, each custom drawing takes a lot of time so returns are not allowed for these items or for any digital downloads. However, you can ask for modifications up to 2 times on the same drawing.

If for some reason you have purchased a drawing will full facial details but it’s too blurry, I will not be able to include all details. I will do the drawing with no facial details instead and I will give you the difference back.

Additional policies

I retain all copyrights to illustrations that I create and may use your drawing for promotional and commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to decline a commission or request, if I’m not able to complete your drawing, you will get a refund
