Custom illustrations

If Digital File Only was selected, you will receive an email from hello@colorsandportraits.com with the file to print the illustration on your own.

If a physical print was selected, you will receive it in around 5 - 7 business days in the address provided after approving the preview which is sent to your email in around 1 business day from hello@colorsandportraits.com.

Tote bags and other custom products

You will receive the preview of the design in your email, once you approve the design, it will be sent to production on the item selected and you will receive the product in around 5-7 business days.
